BBQ at my classmate's house.

Yeserday my maths class was having a BBQ session at one of my classmates' house. That place was really so far off, somewhere near a SAF camp. Though I was still sick, I decided to go. And now I was having a severe sore throat...don't know to regret or not. Haha.

Anyway, it was a fun session even though many were not there. Only about 15 people appeared, including myself. We had fun chit-chatting and playing with this classmate's daughter. :)

After clearing up, we had a chance to see this classmate's $800k house. How I wish I can stay there too. Haha. So nice and big. Too bad, I did not have the time to take photo of his house. Sounds inappropriate too. Well, enjoyed my wonderful Sunday.


Now, I have to complete my final assignment before I can really take a short break.
Though there are 3 tasks to do during the holidays, I just don't care.

Kloqs selling at SGD$18!!

It is really cheap lar. Feel so tempted to buy some clothes from Kloqs. If only my mom wasn't so strict, I would have bought many. Haha.

Anyway, my sister and I have a few in mind.Shall wait for my sister to finish her exam then see how. Hopefully the sale is still on. :)

Ok, left with one assignment!!! I am so happy to announce that I am free-er. Haha.
By the way, I have GESL this saturday and Maths Class BBQ this sunday...that place is quite out of place. It's somewhere near Mandai, so I don't know how I am going to go there. Where is Mandai? All I know is that it is near the zoo?? haha.

Just realised that this Friday is a public holiday. Woow, so happy can. I want to have a good rest..but seems like there are some side-effects after my two months of hectic lifestyle. I just felt so weird to relax. Don't really like this feeling. Hope I can get used to the relax lifestyle again. Sounded weird.

YN called me and want me to buy Marks and Spencer's biscuits for her. Wah seh, they are just so deprived of Singapore biscuits? Haha. She also wanted a body moisturiser, and guess what my mom says...She want us to bring 3 bottles of moisturisers there!!! Damn heavy k. I don't care, I will just bring two bottles, and a small one for YX and me. So excited about the Shanghai trip, even though I have a lot of things I need to prepare. I need to buy a big luggage, and I still need my mom's approval! So sick! Don't feel like growing up, coz there is no difference at all. :(

Sorry if my post is filled with mixed feelings. I just don't like my mom being so authoritative. Ok, stop. If not, there are more things to say..haha. Shall make this post happier.

Jogging starts.

Trying to pick up my momentum in jogging, and it seems hard, but I know I can do it. After one month of rest, I can barely complete 2.4km...So disappointed with my performance today, but I know I can do it! :)

2 assignments completed! :D
One more left. Feel kinda relax, but I don't know why there is this fear inside me still. Paranoid? Just talked to yn through phone, and I felt happy to have talked to her. So long didn't see her, I wonder how she looks like now.

Alright, I need to enjoy my Facebook game before I sleep. hehe.

Hope my rashes will go away soon. It spread to my face now, so it's quite bad actually.

So happy that Thursday is coming, even though my assignments are not done yet.

Let me count....it has been half a year since I last watch a movie.
NIE is really occupying most of my time. What was the last movie I watched? I believed is UP! I watched it with the SASTEACHERS. Alright, so I think it's time for me to go for a movie after all these assignments.

How true it is? I shall go watch and justify. Haha.
Well, when should I watch? I have no idea. Should I wait till I finished all my assignments? or should I go anytime to unwind?
Alright, being too fickle-minded a person, I shall hand over this issue to my beloved boi. Haha. Sounds like I am arrowing him to help me decide. Hmm, not arrowing k...he should feel honoured that I am letting him decide. Oopz! Anyway, he is used to it by now.

Back to lesson plan....so not motivated to do my work. Why?

ps: I am having rashes all over my neck and chest...must be the allergic reaction due to the antibiotics. Damn sian. Itchy and gross.

Photoshop-ing

Woke up at 6am this morning, and I just couldn't get back to sleep..due to my flu, I think. So, I decided to do some work at the computer. Yar, that's right. PHOTOSHOP. Learnt quite a lot today while doing some photoshop to photos. It was quite interesting initially, when you see a flawed photo becomes flawless. However, it is not that interesting anymore when you have so many to do. Anyway, it is really a good learning experience. By the way, I need to clarify, I did not photoshop my own photos k...coz I think what's there is there, why should we hide...Unless the image is over-exposed, blur, or something due to technical fault...

Ok, next.

I met up with wen, yu and rol yesterday for dinner, and to celebrate rol's belated birthday. Hmm, not so much of celebrating, more like gossipping! Haha. It's quite enjoyable to listen to them sharing their work experiences with one another. Though I can only eat porridge, I enjoyed my dinner very much! Hope to see them soon.

Shall keep my post short, I know tomorrow is Monday again! Sian right. Whatever it is, if you didn't have a good week last week, make it a good one this week. If you have a good week last week, make it an even better one this week. To cut it short, learn to love Monday as it means a brand new start! :)

Friday, but...

I do not have the happy mood at all.

Have to go for lesson later in the late afternoon, with my face still swollen. How sad. But of course, my face wasn't as swollen as before lar. There are still many things I can't eat, or have difficulty chewing. Haiz~

Went to 老香港茶餐厅 @ Katong with boi yesterday for dinner. The food was really good, must try! Too bad there are many food I can't eat due to my swollen gum. It is definitely different from those normal 茶餐厅. However, one thing I do not like is the toilet. There is no toilet in the restaurant itself, must walked all the way out to use the public toilet. Yup. That's the only bad thing. Haha. I will definitely go back again after I have recovered, and I want to try more food. :)

Since we were at Katong, we went to get the laksa for his family. Walking along the whole stretch of shophouses brought me back a lot of pleasant memories when I was in TK. Well, I can't really remember many details, but that whole place is just so familiar. Nothing much has changed, and I enjoyed the recall of my secondary school life. Haha. Sounded so nostalgic, but it is true. At that time, I was thinking, what would I do if I were still studying in TK...

Daydreaming's over, back to my assignment. Sianz.

Swollen face.

My right side face is swollen due to the wisdom tooth surgery. Finally, I have removed one side of the teeth...haha..

I went to the dental clinic that my parents recommended me with my mom. That stretch of shop houses looked quite run-down. As we approach the stretch, I was thinking, how will the clinic look like in such a place. Of course, it surprised me that the clinic looked so new! Everything inside is so cosy and clean..Too bad I do not have the chance to take a photo of that place.

Anyway, as usual, the fear for the needles and dental tools rose as I entered the "operation theatre". Thank god that the dentist was really skillful and friendly, and my fear subsided after a while. The injection of anaesthetic was painless, just like my mom said. I do not even feel a bit when he poked the needle into my gums. Then, slowly, my right side of the mouth became numb...swallowed some pills, and I can tell you, I can't feel whether I did swallow the pill as my mouth was numb. So, I have to use my tongue to feel for the pills to gauge..haha.

All these were followed by drilling and digging...the sound was quite scary, and having two people staring at my face so closely was quite intimidating too. But, I do not feel any pain. The whole thing took 20 minutes plus stitching. By then, my left side face muscle was quite tired..haha..Next, is the extraction of the upper right wisdom tooth. That one was really fast. Within a minute, my tooth was extracted! Wooh...The dentist showed me my two extracted teeth. The bottom one was cut into three pieces, and the top one was one whole piece. Come to think of it, my top wisdom tooth looks quite nice!! haha. I did have the urge to ask the dentist if I can keep the tooth, but I didn't.

The dentist told me that the pain will only come tomorrow, so I will have to finish up my work by today, coz I do not know what will happen tomorrow. Haha. Oh, by the way, the price is really cheap compared to outside. The surgery was $450 (for the bottom tooth) and the extraction was $80 (for the upper tooth).

I was given MCs, but I think I will still go to school as I do not want to miss out any lesson. Going back to remove my stitches next Tuesday.

YN's 21st Birthday

Task completed on time!

Woah! So happy that I have completed my task on time. Just managed to finish my assignments that are supposed to be handed in tomorrow. Yar, at least I have finished. Well, I thought I should start on my another assignment very soon, like tomorrow? I have planned to go for my dental surgery on Tuesday to remove my irritating wisdom tooth, that has no wisdom at all. It will be a long week of torment, I know. But....WHAT TO DO. I have a very tight schedule, so I wish I can squeeze in a time for this so that it will not clash with any of my lessons. Whatever it is, I hope my decision is correct. By the way, I still have not book the time yet.

Now, I'm so anxious about the whole surgery thing. It's like sending yourself to receive tortures and pains and you can't find any alternatives to it. Sian right? Those who have your wisdom teeth extracted, please share with me your experiences, so that I can have be mentally prepared. Haha. Hope I can still laugh after the surgery.

Month: November

This month is the start of rainy season. Today, it rained very heavily with strong gush of wind. I was very touched that boi came all the way to fetch me and he was drenched. Thank boi so much..

Yeah, finally November is here, but when will my battle end? There seems no ending. I will be having SMMT this saturday. What is SMMT? It's just a test that every Maths teacher should take to see if they are qualified for teaching mathematics. Well, the questions are much more difficult than those in 'O' levels. That's why I am having a headache over studying this whole chunk of maths stuff for the past week. Hopefully, I can pass. By the way, the criteria for passing is 70%, which is equivalent to an A2. It is really taxing lar.

Then, I have to submit my assignment next week, and start with another project!!!! Sianz...now you know why I say that the battle will not end. One goes, and the other comes. Tired.

I know you have been hearing a lot of complaints from me. Ok ok, I need a place to let out all my 怨气..if not I will slowly get depression. Haha. I have this weird feeling that I am acting abnormally in public, and I can't control my behaviour. Anyway, it's weird to have this weird feeling initially. Alright, it sounded more and more like a tongue twister. Period.

My Cafe World Restaurant has a chair missing!! Who stole it? Must be some error in the program again. Facebook is my daily necessity. I only touch Cafe World and Mafia Wars, unless I'm really free, I will just stick to the easily maintained games.

I'm not very free, but I am just very sick of studying..so here I am doing this revamp. Yar, you may say I'm just so bo liao, or whatever. I don't really care. I need to do something outside my work. Haha.

Lack of sleep

Still haven't recovered from the sleep lack last saturday...our BBQ day, when it rained so heavily...will try to update the next time round, when I got the photos, at least.. hehe..

Busy preparing for my maths test this saturday, as well as, those disgusting assignments that keep pouring in. Life is pretty much the same, other than I should be more persistent with my run..and it should continue this week. I do not want to waste all my effort..so, I will go for a jog, hopefully on Wednesday morning!! hehe..

Alright, have to continue to search for journals..sianz..can't find means can't find...where are all the relevant journals??
